Mirel is ideal for a wide range of injection molded food service and packaging applications including caps, closures, tubs, jars and disposable items such as forks, spoons, knives, trays, and lids.  

Mirel F1005 and F1006 injection molding grades have received FDA clearance for use in food contact applications. This includes house-wares, cosmetics and medical packaging.  From frozen food storage and microwave reheating, to boiling water up to 212°F (100°C), and Mirel easily processes on existing thermoplastics equipment.
